At NASA:
Our company is currently working on the Workforce Climate
Project. Its purpose is to enhance safety and mission success
through a better understanding of health and climate of the
workforce.
American Technologika LLC will develop a model to simulate the
interactions of the various factors influencing the workforce at
this time, and provide a composite result. The model will be
capable of performing "what if" scenarios for planning purposes.
Because of the complex nature of the system being modeled
and the highly non-linear relationships and interactions among
the various factors, Systems Dynamics will be used to perform
the required modeling. American Technologika's researchers
with in-depth experience in System Dynamics, are paired with a
team of individuals from NASA's Human Resources to develop
and test an initial model. This model will allow the Space Shuttle
Program (SSP) to better understand the impacts of
environmental changes to its workforce, and forecast impending
situations where safety and mission success would be
compromised.
At Yvonnes Property Management:
Our company performs several Industrial Engineering tasks
which include Operations and Project Management in addition to
Financial Analysis and Accounting Support.
At Systems For Exports and Imports:
Our company performs Logistics Operations Support,
International Business Management, and Information
Technology tasks.
At Florida International University:
Our founders competed and won the top prize. Our business
plan was deemed the most promising new business venture to
come out of South Florida in 2001, naming it the first-place
winner of its annual Business Plan Challenge. The Challenge,
which surveys up-and-coming business ventures from around
the region, evaluates companies based on the promise of their
products or services and the intelligence of their strategic plans.
